Have an extensive 24 years diversified Business/Channel Development, Sales and Marketing operations experience, out of which 16 years on Managerial Level while 05 Years on Senior Management level. Field worked in Food and Beverages, Dairy, FMCG, and Consumer Electronics/Kitchen Gas Appliances.

I have build-Up the whole structure of “Organizational Departments”, "Distribution Network", & "Sales force Network" for "Misk Paper Mills PVT LTD". These have not only proved an key element in recognition of "Misk" as a "Brand" but remains helpful in building an "Image" and its "Positioning" in required segments of Market.

Developed new products, designed new Packaging and develop & monitored ATL/BTL, activities, Introduced current Logo, website, online promotion on social media, by triggering in-house design department.

Beside Sales & Marketing, I also remain head of “Production Department.” “Converting Unit” I not only set and maintained standards, for “Production and “Products” but had continually improves them.

Same as I had procured packaging material on economical scale by contracting/inducting the new vendors including transport vendors and reduced the cost to meet the challenges of the market.

I assist “Finance Department.” in maintaining daily cash flows, clearing bank payments, duties, clearing LCs against import of raw material, vendor’s payments, etc.

I lead a team of 35 personnel of different departments like Accounting, Shipping, Admin, Sales and Transport etc. I got the experience of running and maintaining the whole structure of “Direct Sales Distribution network”. I also got a chance to establish relationship with governmental Institutions like WAPDA, & Civil Administration. I worked in Multan, D.G.Khan, BWP, Divisions including D.I.Khan Dist.
